About Md Sabbir Khan
Over more than 12 years, I have worked across four continents — negotiating MoUs with universities and colleges, building agent and embassy networks from zero, and managing multi-country recruitment pipelines through CRM-led processes.
I am currently Director – Partnership and Business Development at Vive Education Group in London, leading partner engagement across South Asia, MENA and the UK. My career has been a deliberate progression — Bangladesh, Canada, Australia, the UK — each move a step up in scope, from managing a single market to owning multi-country, multi-partner strategy.
I hold an MBA (Leadership) with Distinction from the University of the West of Scotland and serve as a Trustee at UNIREA TRUST. I also host The Mr Khan Podcast, sharing ideas on responsible recruitment, student outcomes and the future of international education.
